Our Association
Our association is professionally managed by Home-Land Neighborhood Management, LLC. HLNM manages all day-to-day activities of the association and provides advice to the HOA on matters that concern the property owners of Pinebrook. They are also responsible for collecting annual assessments used to provide landscaping, irrigation, lighting, insurance, and other association needs. Assessments
Annual Assessment : $225 due on January 1st, late after January 31st
Residents have the option to make annual payments by check or online.

Late Fee Policy
*January 1st $225 due or agreed upon payment schedule
*February 1st Late Fee begins at $9
*March 1st notice of a lien is sent to homeowner with 7 days to pay full amount or agree to and maintain an approved payment schedule.
