ABOUT PINEBROOK
Pinebrook is a close-knit community, nestled conveniently off of Hugh Ward Blvd, in North Rankin County . For those who like boating, fishing or viewing spectacular sunsets, the Ross Barnett Reservoir is only minutes away. Pinebrook is also located a short distance from Lakeland Dr (Hwy 25), a major thoroughfare for all the retail shopping, restaurants and commercial services that you could ask for close to home. Hugh Ward Blvd features walking and biking sidewalks from one end to the other which connect to extended trails around Rankin county.
Pinebrook has two beautifully landscaped entrances providing easy access to the 186 residents, who are all members of the Homeowners Association. The HOA has an active board who help promote unity and fellowship by planning semi-annual social events at the "bridge" located in the heart of the neighborhood. They also insure covenants are enforced to protect the property value for the good of all.
Rankin county is known for its excellent educational school system. School age children who reside in Pinebrook will attend either Highland Bluff Elementary School,Northwest Rankin Middle School or Northwest Rankin High School. NWRHS has recently been awarded the STAR school designation. High quality day care, preschool and private schools K-12 are also located within 5 miles or less of Pinebrook. Churches of all denominations can be found within minutes of the neighborhood.
